EUROMIX

EUROMIX, is an automatic deareating/carbonating sanitary mixing system with excellent stability and quality of the finished product, thanks to the carbonation index precision and constancy, CO₂ dosage precision is ± 0.1 v/v.

The water is sent to de deareation step and measured in continuous controlled by a flowmeter,, the syrup is measured in continuous using a volumetric pump controlled by other flow meter The mix ratio of the both is setted into a touch panel display and controlled automatically and countinuously by the PLC. The carbonation is done by a specially patented venturi system, the carbon dioxide is injected in the drink, An efficient gas solubility system guarantee the perfecltly stability in the liquid and uniform distribution of the CO₂ providing the desired carbonation.

It is also possible to adjust the saturation till 9gr/lt CO₂ .

Is possible to mix two or three components also to produce no alcohol or low alcohol drink with or without gas.

EUROMIX is available in different versions with production capacities of 5,000 to 30,000 l/h, with deareation by vacuum o stripping and automatic CIP cycle closed to the cleaning CIP UNIT.
