SYRUP ROOM

Syrup Room for producing simple or finished syrup befor blanding. Sugar dissolving unit with screw elevator, hot dissolving by recirculation and mixing, stocking in buffer tank before to introduce micro components, and tank buffer before the blanding systems

Caracteristic:

- Dosing by volumetric or with load cells,
- transfer liquid with centrifugal or volumetric pumps,
- stocking in buffer pump,
- connection by multiway plate or mixproof valves,
- create, saving and selecting of different recipes for every product,

- manual or automatic operation with PLC logic.
